Hey there, I’m Jaime!

I’m a mom of two littles that grow as quick as a dog can lick a dish.

One minute I’m chasing them around the house and the next they’re asleep in their beds and I’m looking at old photos realizing how much they’ve changed.

So, I’ve been in your shoes… because without realizing it, these small precious moments with my kids are becoming precious memories.

And it’s the details that matter - the little things that make up our family that I don’t want to forget. I became a photographer because for me, photos and videos are my memories.

I discovered I have Aphantasia when I was dating my husband, Rommel. I remember taking a test to determine how vivid my visual imagery was and realizing I didn’t have any. I couldn’t remember the contours of his face or picture the way he walked. You see, I have a blind mind’s eye.

After realizing my memories were mostly tied to photos because of this, I became much more intentional. It’s made me a better photographer because I want to remember the whole story - and every detail of who a person is!

And that is why I started capturing portraits and videos of kids. I want to take you back to the details of your little ones. I want you to remember the joy and love felt in the warm cuddles, the sound of your toddler’s belly laugh, and the way they twist their face and furrow their eyebrows when they don’t like something.

This is why photos matter.
